  • Almost 6 months Cheat Free

    Yes, I have done it almost half a year cheat free what a great accomplishment and I am still going. I am so extremely proud of myself though it has been really difficult these last 6 weeks or so but, now I know what is wrong with me and I am hoping all will be better soon and I can start to exercise again and lose some more pounds. Hopefully I will still lose even know I am not exercising as much.

    I was so excited so I wanted to share my excitement with all of you.

      Am I seeing it all in your waist? Are there other areas you are noticing?

      What type of exercise are you doing. I thought I rememebr you saying something about the video series..mayeb not.

        I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

                  I have been doing the Body for Life exercise program and I have noticed it in a lot of other places too. Those pics are from only 6 weeks of exercise. Before I started atkins my Thighs were 58 inches now they are 48 so I have seen a huge difference in my legs. My waist was 38 inches when I started and now it is 32.5 sao my waist has really gone down. My chest was 45 now it is 39 BUMMER boobs are leaving me I was a D cup now I am in a B and I still have 50 lbs to go LOL.

                  The differences were very suttle when I first started I did not notice much but, now I llook at the big picture and here I am I have lost 40 inches+ all over and I am still losing. Clothes are all falling off I should take a pic of myself with this one pair of pants I have cause I have to sinch them up so much it's crazy.

                  I am hoping that in the comming weeks I will be able to really start exercising again but. till then I have dropped my calories a bit so I will keep losing without the exercise.

                  Exercise is KEY to RESULTS and I can't wait to feel better and get back at it. health comes first though so until then I just keep on keeping on.
