Nope. I heard good things about it, though. I bought Atkins for Life when I started this WOE so I'm not about to spend more money on the Atkins for Life kit...

I've seen it.. I'm just to cheap to buy it. If I saw it for $7.00 maybe! I've only ever seen it for $13.00 and $9.99.

Sounds good to me :yes I'm on my way to order this online, I just ordered some hair products---- :no I'm a shopaholic!!! Oh well, off I go to barnesandnoble.com if not on sale there I'm going to amazon or ebay. Ciao

I'm on two pages at once, No oops changed my mind. I gotta control my spending. BarnesandNoble.com was too expensive, no need to look any further.

Oh yeah Slimming, I'm glad you like it! Congrats on a great deal!!

I've checked out the kit here. It presents Atkins in a card and easy-to-read format. I think it would work for some people who may be more "visual"/have shorter attention span/whatever and likes reading Atkins in smaller sections than a whole book. It's a different way, less detailed, but like I said, I think it would work for some.

Remember...that's for sustaining weight loss, not achieving it!

Sorry, it's my Jewish upbringing kicking in.

I have the book, and I refer to it, but still having 100 pounds to go, I don't recommend this book for anyone who is not currently at or near goal.
