I know isn't this WOE satisfying! Just remember to drink plenty of water and don't dry out! Keep something handy to snack on that's legal, just in case you went too long without eating. You don't want your blood sugar level outta wack. But overall I'm very happy for you!!!

It's annoying, but it works well to write out some menus and do a pick and choose from each column. Like, veggies, for example can be so easy to add in as meals or snacks. Throw in some mushrooms or peppers with the omelette.

Here is what I think could be good ideas for quick little snacks:

Ziploc bag of red, yellow, green, orange peppers. A little cup of dressing dip (Blue cheese rules!!). Ditto for cucumbers, my favorite vegetable.

Take a slice of ham and put on some cream cheese. Lay downa pickle spear and roll it up. i slice tehm in 3 or 4 and tehy travel real well.

Turkey, swiss, tomato, mayo rolled up like above.

Canned pumpkin, cream cheese, a little drop of vanilla/splenda/cinnamon..I use it like applesauce with pork.

Slices of jicima. I don't normally add anything, but sometimes I rub on a lemon or lime and add chilli or cumin seasoning

          Tuna, chicken salad, egg salad

Cheese crisps- Melted cheese until it becomes like wafers.

          Cheeses--measure them out

Flax cereal/crackers- -for daily fiber count, but work as a snack at same time

Chunks of chicken. Go buy a premade chicken from teh grocery store, they're great.

          Cold water

Sweetzfree - if you do as sidrah suggested and prepare lots of snacks you might find 'grazing' works better for you than eating at set meals.
Every hour or so eat a little 'something' from your snacks and you might find you eat more over the day. :hug
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
