Man! I gotta tell you, you guys who posted about the water were dead on!!!!

I started drinking 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water and the weight is literally falling off (Partially because I don't seem to be able to eat any more but hopefully that will pass).

That said, does anyone know how long the constantly having to go to the bathroom will last? I have read that this will pass after awhile. It seems like I am getting rid of more than I am drinking 30 minutes after I drink my water. Perhaps instead of 4 32oz glasses I should break them up into smaller ones with the same amount of water?

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

      Hey John..........

Congrats on getting all your water in! I know how hard it can be to get started with that if you haven't been doing it in the past. But you are 100% right.........I honestly think that the water is the most important aspect of this WOE.

About the many trips to the bathroom.....I can't really remember how long it took for it to slow up for me. It was at least a couple months, if not more. But that was me, maybe it will be different for you. And now, I STILL go way more than I ever used to. I would be able to go my whole 8 hour shift at work without one trip. Now I think the most I can go is 2 hours. I was like you, for a while there, I was literally unable to be without a bathroom for more than half an hour. I think I drove my co-workers insane, because they had to cover for me everytime I had to go.

I'm not sure if it is really going to matter whether you are drinking out of your 32oz glass/bottle or a smaller one. You will still be getting in the same amount either way. I used to drink out of liter bottles, but have switched to 20 oz bottles because they just seem more manageable to me. I look at it and think "wow, that won't be hard to get down", when sometimes I used to look at the liters and think "no way".

Anyway, glad that you have discovered the importance of the water! Keep up the great work!

I've been on this woe for just over 3 months now, and my trips to the bathroom are still plentiful! The night time seems to be exceptionally bad, almost every 1/2 hour. But I'm not complaining, cause the weight is still coming off. Its a bit inconvenient, but who cares!!!! :joy
