ok so i have about a little over 20 lbs to loose before i reach my goal...I have trying to be staying on induction but i am getting so bored with the food choices that i am reeeeeeeaaaallllyyy likly to cheat (i.e. i had a banana with some granola last night) so here's my question after the next three days to get me back in ketosis should i move on to OWL extra veggies rung so that i have more options and will be more likey not to cheat b/c of cool new legal food i can eat....or willl this signifigantly slow my weightlloss?
