  • to stay or owl or what....

    ok so i have about a little over 20 lbs to loose before i reach my goal...I have trying to be staying on induction but i am getting so bored with the food choices that i am reeeeeeeaaaallllyyy likly to cheat (i.e. i had a banana with some granola last night) so here's my question after the next three days to get me back in ketosis should i move on to OWL extra veggies rung so that i have more options and will be more likey not to cheat b/c of cool new legal food i can eat....or willl this signifigantly slow my weightlloss?

    I was in a stall and moved to OWL and it sped up my weight loss.

    I'd highly recommend moving to OWL. It gives you many more food choices and you'l lbe less likely to cheat with more variety (I had the boredom problem as well). There's also an OWL forum you can post too...

      food bordom is one of the questions in chapter 13 of your DANDR about is it time to move to OWL take the quizz and see for yourself if it is time to make that move. you can eat well below your CCLL and still keep your sppeedy weight loss.

        Yep, I would definitely say it sounds like maybe you should move to OWL. It helped me when my loss starting stalling, and I loved the food choices..
