My blood pressure is registering as WAY down. It was about 140/100 and tonight was 117/77 but my husband and I are wondering if it's because my arm may be a bit smaller now and the cuff is measuring correctly. I've only lost 7 pounds!

Thats great. Blood pressure does go down on atkins. I took medication for mine but I don't now. The only thing I will ask is that is your doctor measuring it or did you use one of those digital things like at the drug store? My doc said to monitor mine but those digital ones are not always accurate so I should be careful and its best not to use those. I just always get his nurse to check it.Pam

You might want to get your doc to do it. The digital ones flucuate too much. Blood pressure is a silent killer and yours looked high in the beginning so to be on the safe side see the doc but on the other hand if it has been correct then that is awesome! Your doing something for your health and thats great it's working!. Keep it up!Pam
