  • Think I unintentionally derailed myself

    I have been doing great. Then this past weekend I was so busy, and not hungery that when I look back on my diet power trcords I had less than 900 cals for 3 days in a row. The scale has stopped! I still taste like I am in ketosis, but I am sure that my cals being so low for 3 days has slowed my losing down temp. I am back up in cal today and will pay attention to be more aware of this.

    UGH!! And I resisted Ice cream and chocolate cake at my daughters birthday party, the chocolate chip turtle cookies I made with my middle daughter and the chocolate ice cream in the freezer ( and its still there) and it would be eating too little to derail me...

    Yep, eating too little is one way for you not to lose weight. Your body begins to think "Oh no! The world's food supply is gone!" and it will shift its energies to weight (body fat/protein) conservation rather than weight loss for as long as it can.

        Great work on resisting the sweets. You need to eat, right now because my appetite is getting so small, I have to remember that I have to eat every 6 hours. You can do it!
