  • And she's off ....

    Well, I'm off!! Officially started my new WOL today!! Yahoo!! I ate eggs and sausages today for breakfast and i'm gulping water...gulp...gulp...gulp!! I am curious.. I walk exactly 1 and 1/2 miles a day..is that enough? 6 weeks ago, I had my 1st baby..via c-section. I'm afraid to do anymore than that, for fear of hurting myself. Doc says I'm doing to much, but then again he says Atkins is "Ineffective"...I'll show him!! Anyway, any tips or input would be great!! Thanks..happy LCing! :wave :wave :wave :wave

    Welcome!

    Tips:
    Eat your veggies. Every meal at least get some in. Listen to your DOC about the exercise. At least for now. Give yourself time to heal. And stay off the scale till day 14 at least

      js, make sure you read your DANDR and get those veggies in!!!

      I think you're doing fine on exercise for now. If you feel good with what you're doing, I would let the Dr. know. After 6 weeks, I would think you are healed enough to SLOWLY get back into a routine.
