I cheated today. And I'm so upset about it. I'm so disappointed in myself. I am in my fourth week and have been squeaky clean until today. I have had a stressful situation to deal with today and I was feeling really down. I didn't even want it, but I ate a slice of chocolate cake. I can't even really believe I did it. I mean I didn't want it. I just ate it. It had 40 g of carbs.
What do I do know? I don't know what to do. Have I ruined everything? This takes me out of ketosis right? Will it take a while to get back into ketosis?
