    Hey thanks..it's nice to see where I am at not only in terms of body weight!!! It suddenly doesn't seem so bad!

      For me that calculater is so off it's not even funny. I am 147 lbs of true LBM and if I went by that calculater I would be around 130 at the weight it said. LOL. I would look sick at that weight and I know that. Everyone is made up differently and I lift weights so if you do any kind of muscle building I would not use this calculater it's out to lunch says at 225 I am about 97 lbs of LBM well definately not true. If you want a more accurate depiction of your weight go to www.mybodycomp.com and plug in all your measures to see where you are it was within 3% for me says I am 142 lbs LBM and True LBM is 147. So check it out.

        I wouldn't put too much stock in a LBM based solely on height and weight. they don't know if you are a fat fluffy 200 pounder or a rock solid muscle bound 200 pounder.
