make sure you give your legs a chance to warm up first. start out walking at a moderately brisk pace for like 10 minutes before you pick it up to a fast walk.

I had the same thing happen to me. A friend at work who has done Atkins for a long time said is probably a potassuim issue.

I agree. Potassium is a definite must on this WOE. Make sure you're getting enough. I was getting leg cramps at night due to lack of potassium. Way to go on walking!
I also use a supplement and here's a list of potassium rich foods. Not all are Induction Legal of course, but it'll give you an idea of what's out there.
