  • This WOE is amazing!

My daughter wanted a glass of chocolate milk so I poured her the 2 % milk and put the mix in and off she went.

I poured myself 1/4 glass of milk (I drank it like crazy when I was pregnant last year) Yeach!!! It was gross. So sweet!! I never knew milk was so sweet until I started this WOE.

Who would have thought!? Too weird... :nod

Oh my gosh, when I first started this in November I never thought I could live without milk, but it's been no problem!

You're right, who would have thought?!

This WOE really is great, but I tend to get hungry a lot, and instead of eating I ignore it, because it's not as if I hadn't eaten enough already. I guess without all the extra carbs, you don't get full as fast

              Tasha,
You may wish to rethink the ignoring your hunger. Dr A said to eat when you are hungry. also make sure you are drinking your water. Thirst signals sometimes come across as hunger. I tend to get full faster on this WOE than with all the extra carbs so it makes me think in fact you are not eating enough. YMMV

That could be true, because I don't eat very often. Guess I'll have to start eating more..will it affect my weight loss if I don't eat as much as I should?

You will actually probably see an increase in losses if you were severely restricting you caloric intake. Just make sure you eat between your BMR(basal metobolic rate) and your AMR(active metobolic rate). Eat until you are satisfied but not full, and eat at least every six waking hours.
