    Pleaaaaaaaaaase Help!! Ive been stuck right at 202 for almost a week. I so want to get into ONDERLAND. It would just make my day, week, month, year, MY LIFE to see 199 on that scale. :yikes

    Yes I know the scale isnt important, my clothes are baggy, I know Ive stuck to it every inch and pound.

    But it would be a true accomplishment for me!

    Anyone have any suggestions? Wheres the wooshie fairy when you need her! :sadblinky

    I believe that she is at the bottom of your garden underneath a pile of rocks.

    I hope she visits you soon.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          I happen to personally know the whoosie Fairy and here is the recipe to conjure her up:

          Start walking, walk & walk & walk some more till you are very far from your house. While you are walking, drink plenty of water. When you are at least 1 mile from your house, turn around three times and walk back home. Do this for several days and the whoosie fairy will visit you!

            I think thats my problem.. I Have a LAZY sign blinking on my forehead everyday! LOL

                  Its not only the lazy thing, I work too much too. I never have time to myself to do anything for myself!!!

                    I'm still not sure if I believe in it yet, but try the Whoosie Pie recipe in the main dishes recipe forum. I have only made it once, but lost 2 lbs that week. Some people swear it works. And if nothing else, at least you got to try a new recipe!

                      I need her too!! I exercise 30 minutes every day and my scale has not moved, my ketostix show purple, what is my problem? Help,,,, please someone..... :help

                        Do you know the Surgeon General just said that to maintain your weight you should exercise for 30 minutes a day, but for over weight people it should be at least an hour every day? I know it is so hard to fit that in, if you work in an office, try getting up and visiting a person face to face instead of sending an e-mail, take the stairs whenever you can, park far away all the stuff you have heard before, but it all adds up.

                          Not to mention there are likely a lot of times you are choosing to not be exercising when you could be. I know that I have caught myself dozing on a saturday afternoon. Or turn off the tv and go for a nice brisk walk. Be aware that an increase in physical activity will temporarily add some water weight until you get used to it.

                            I am active, I walk 1/2 mile every day just to get to my office plus the 30 minute a day air walker workout. I am always up and down the stairs at my home. Still the scale remains still... :no
