  • Lost Three Pounds!

    I lost 3 pounds this week! Yeah! I think it's because I added water aerobics to my workout schedule, but added it instead of having it replace something else. So yesterday, I did Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile with Stretchy, Water Aerobics for 45 minutes and went on a 45 minute hike with DH & dog. I was tired last night, but still had energy.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                COngrats on the loss! Water aerobics sounds like lots of fun. Maybe when our pool finally opens up i can go and do some exercising in the pool.

                    Water Aerobics is so much fun! It goes by really fast and you don't get sweaty even though you burn tons of calories. Most of the women that go there are overweight, and they don't wear bathing suits, just t-shirts and shorts and water shoes.

                      T-shirts and shorts to the pool??!! :yikes ...sounds like me ensive . Ahh I can't wait to have confidence to wear an actual bathing suit. Especially since I live in Florida, we have beaches all over the place
