I lost 3 pounds this week! Yeah! I think it's because I added water aerobics to my workout schedule, but added it instead of having it replace something else. So yesterday, I did Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile with Stretchy, Water Aerobics for 45 minutes and went on a 45 minute hike with DH & dog. I was tired last night, but still had energy.

Water Aerobics is so much fun! It goes by really fast and you don't get sweaty even though you burn tons of calories. Most of the women that go there are overweight, and they don't wear bathing suits, just t-shirts and shorts and water shoes.Chriss Female 246/236/160 5'3"

T-shirts and shorts to the pool??!! :yikes ...sounds like me
