I started atkins, not for the first time either, in January. In the past I would lose good on induction and then I would start eating all those bars and would only lose a few more pounds and then nothing. This time I have not gone near any of those bars at all and I am at 57 pounds down... I figure I must really be sensitive to those sweetners in all that stuff. I still want to lose another 30 or so pounds. I am still at under 20 carbs a day. Any advise on at home equipment for toning flabby areas would be of great help here as I am not ready for the gym yet...Any other pointers anyone out there could give me would be appreciated. Thanks
