  • Intro/where I am at here.

    I started atkins, not for the first time either, in January. In the past I would lose good on induction and then I would start eating all those bars and would only lose a few more pounds and then nothing. This time I have not gone near any of those bars at all and I am at 57 pounds down... I figure I must really be sensitive to those sweetners in all that stuff. I still want to lose another 30 or so pounds. I am still at under 20 carbs a day. Any advise on at home equipment for toning flabby areas would be of great help here as I am not ready for the gym yet...Any other pointers anyone out there could give me would be appreciated. Thanks

    Go check out the exercise forum for information on home equiptment. Lotsa good folks down there to help you. You may want to consider moving to OWL to lose the rest of the weight. The best way to keep it off is to move through all of the stages of the plan.
