I survived!!! I worked through it. I even went on a trip to my mothers for 2 days, and didn't cheat..did I mention she made every pasta known to man? I am so proud of myself for overcoming my obstacle. Now, I'm kinda mad because I started the diet on the 5th, lost 3 lbs the first day, then 4 the second, now nothing! I dont get it...still showing very strong ketones, but no weight loss or loss of inches. Any suggestions? Thanks so much for caring if I made it through..VERY kind of you!

Lost a total of: 15.75 inches!!

So are we of you JSJ :hug
Don't fret about a weightloss hesitation - we all experience that.
Just carry on the way you have been and you will continue to be a loser :joy
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

that's right don't fret!!! Our bodies have to catchup with our weight losses. It has to make adjustments, then the losses start again.
Hang in there, you are becoming a big loser!!!

good for you You didn't gain it in 3-5 pound daily gains did you? you need to be patient and allow your bopdy time to undo all those yrs of bad eating and you need to be doing your exercise to help create that healthier smaller you. took me 14 months to lose the last 40 pounds.

Remember this is a life time change not a sprint to goal weight.
