    What a wonderful day!!

    I finally had enough courage to get on the scale after three weeks and I am down to 195!!! I had to look twice! Only 15 pounds left to go and I will be at my pre-baby weight. then more to lose after that. Onederland is wonderful!

    And I got three great comments today on how I looked. A friend I don't see often told me I looked great! yea!! Had lunch with two other friends and they both said the same thing! Too cool! What a way to end a Friday and onto weekend. Makes my heart smile!
