The Wooshie Fairy is EVIL!

Now either the wooshie fairy is having a personality crisis, or else her evil twin is out and wreaking havoc on my body ensive

So yesterday I reported that the wooshie fairy had been to visit, but today I have put on 3LBS!!!!!! No cheating, did my excersize, drank all my water... must be THE EVIL TWIN :yikes

Anyone else ever get visited by this little sprite???

Oh HER. Yes, she visited me last week as well. I called her "the Tooshie Fairy" *g* I had gone down to 217, then the next day bounced back up to 220, and have been there for almost a week. :sadblinky And that's a week of no cheating, I might add. UGH. I'm drinking so much water I'm about to float around the house, and I'm trying Wooshie pie tonight, just in case it works.

I hate that Evil Twin.

Definitely try to whooshie pie or some sushi with lots of wasabi. I have had wasabi two days in a row and was down 2 pounds this week. I am expecting TOM to show up next monday and last month he was preceded by an eight pound gain in water weight the week prior to his visit. You can be sure I will be trying to keep his baggage outta my body by incorporating more of the horseradish substances into my diet this week and next. :guns I truly believe that while the whooshie fairy can be evil just remember I bodies are trying hard to keep a hold of the weight as best it can.

Oh and AVOID salty foods and hidden salt.

Wooshie Pie

Okay...pardon my ignorance...what the heck is Wooshie Pie???

It's this yummy pie where you take a layer of hamburger and smear a layer of cream cheese, dehydrated onions and horseradish and I think mustard on top, then cover the whole thing with another layer of hamburger and cook it until the hamburger is done.

I'm sure there is a recipe somewhere on the recipe board.

wooshie fairy was in TX. I was had her tied up in my closet and refused to let her out till she did her job.

Well she finally did... so she is free for the moment but I do expect her back!!
