  • 5 pound whooshie beat TOM

    This is really strange. I had a 5 pound weight loss and TOM is due to visit me this coming Saturday. I think it's because I added 45 minutes of Water Aerobics 4 days a week to my routine, but still walk my 2 miles a day and lift weights alternating upper and lower body. I'm sore all over, but it's working!!!!!
