    WOW!!!!

    Hello all,

I just wanted to say thank you to all for giving me so much motivation. I have lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks. I'm still doing induction hoping to loose another 15 in 3 weeks. What do you think?

Nikkinik00, I think that anything you put your mind to is possible! However, don't forget that most people tend to stall in the weeks that follow induction! Don't let this discourage you, instead, stick with the program and you will be rewarded later.

You can do anything you want as long as you put your mind to it! You have already done that. You succeeded on loosing 15 pounds, that is great and congrats! :joy
There are time where you will stall, but don't get discouraged, keep it up , excercise and drink your water, you will get past it! :icondance

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
