Hey there! It's great to see you back!

This is something Tammy put together that is wallet-sized and a great tool for shopping as well!

      Hope it helps.

Thanks for the welcome back Cleo and the small list for induction, i already have that attached to my buy list as its its the list for induction.. its what i took most of my list from.... i am just trying to get some staples in my house because i on average only ever had 4 things in my fridge lol cause i ate out so much and ordered out... pickles, dressing, cheese, and mustard.... don't ask me about this combination lol its just what i usually had in my fridge. I am now making a resolution to NOT eat out and save some money but i belatedly realize i have no clue how to plan meals lol at home..

thps is more of a question of can you think of anything that you always find you need when you start making stuff and realize you don't have it...

some one mentioned to me that lettuce is a good thing to always have on hand and i realized i initially left it off my list lol... a friend thinks sourcream and mayo are a must always have on hand during low carbing cause they tend to be great for sauces and stuff lol..

As always when i am in need i turn to the list even when i have been gone for a couple months lol.. thanks for the welcome back.

Lettuce is good, but don't bother with iceberg lettuce...basically it's chewy water, with not much in the way of nutrients. Romaine and leaf lettuce pack more of a punch and they are both good for using as a wrap around tuna or chicken salad, or as taco 'shells' as well.

            Mushrooms?
            Cucumber?

Make sure you get more 2-cup veggies than 1-cup ones if you are buying fresh ones.
I threw away a lot of 1-cup veggies that had gone off at the beginning as I had bought too many to 'legally' use. :sadblinky
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Ahh good point moochie... i will invest in the good lettuce.

Ohh cucumbers are a great addition.. elizellen.. unfortunately i don't like mushrooms, though i once had some great stuffed mushrooms, so i may put those on my list of things to try....

I can't believe how expensive veggies are i am majorily using my food saver for all of my veggies i am not using at the moment.
