    hi guys, thanks for the response, i really really and i mean really need to loose ATLEAST 90 pounds before january for the pagent.

    HERE IS MY PLAN:

    BREAKFAST-
    2 scrambled eggs
    2 sclices of bacon
    (sumtimes sausage)

    LUNCH-
    CHICKEN SALAD: 2 cups of lettuce with 0 net carb ranch and 2 onces of chicken with 2 sstalks of celery


    DINNER-
    2 - 3 SLICES OF CHICKEN FILLETS OR CATFISH
    A little bit of lettuce, slice of tomato with 0 net carb ranch

    EXCERCISE PROGRAM-
    RUN 3-4 miles a day on my tredmill
    JUMPROPE for 15 minutes a day
    STERCH OR DO WARM-UPS
    DANCE for about 45 mins
    YOGA for 15 mintues

    *AND IM PLANNING TO DO THIS EVERYTHING*

    Do you guys think i can do this and loose 100 pounds in 8 months at the rate of 10 poiunds maybe a month.

    im a female age 16 current weight is 225

      I think you can do it, but I personally think you are putting too much pressure on yourself. You're 16. I think you are setting yourself up for disappointment. I personally think you need to look at smaller goals and not the big picture. You could think of it as, in 8 months you want to lose 100 pounds. That would mean that you would like to lose 12.5 pounds/month. So, if you make little goals like the first month to lose 15 - 20 pounds (it's easier to lose in the beginning) and then aim to lose 10 pounds or so a month to lose afterwards, I think it wouldn't seem quite so big of a feat.

      BUT, I do agree with some of the other posts that you received on your other thread, you're 16. Your body is still growing. I would mention to your parents that you would like to see your doctor and just get a check-up and mention it to him/her. You will probably want to check out the recipe section of this forum. I think if you just stick with what you typed out, you are going to get burned out of it rather quickly (and this is coming from someone who can normally eat the same thing for quite a while.) I seem to live off of taco salads.

      I just thought I'd add my two cents. But I would honestly make mini goals. That's what I'm doing, and it doesn't seem as overwhelming.

        Be carefull with all that exercise at first...you are going to overtrain and slow everything way down.

        Like they said....Anything is possible....and you will never know until you try.

          But what I want to know is this, say you make it, and after the paegant what are you going to do? go back to eating your old ways?
