  • What stalled you?

For me, it was pork rinds!

Darn it, I really liked them, maybe its the salt and water retention. I'll try them again in a couple of weeks and see what happens.

BTW, I've lost 15 lbs in almost four weeks and have never felt better, can you believe this 'diet'!? Certainly now a WOE, I reallly can't think about carbs the same way again.

its good to here about cheese stalling!I've been stalled for about 4 days and every night I've been having a snack of melted cheese.Last night I didn't have any and I stepped on the scale and lost a pound!BAD CHEESE! I think cheese is good on salads but just to eat I think its easy to go overboard. No more cheese for me, we'll see how it goes

Don't know about avocado and not sure about mushrooms, but I'm giving it a go for a couple of weeks!

Eggs. Fried, cooked, boiled. It seems that if I consume more than 1-2 eggs a day they will stall me and they will stall me badly. It is annoying because I really love them :anger

                        ice cream.

Ok. Maybe that's not considdered a stall.

I do find that if I don't get enough sleep, I don't lose weight.

I thought cheese was a good part of this diet...why would it cause the weight to stall
