    :sadblinky

yes , i gave in to the carb cravings

i hold myself fully accountable for my actions , just wanted to post and let people know that i too , am not perfect , BUT , the only way to make myself feel better , will be to jump right back into it in the morning , it wasnt a *bad* binge necessarily , i couldve done much more damage than a few low carb bars and some ritz crackers with cheese

just had to get it off my chest , blast away at me for throwing away 6 weeks of low carbing (just dont be TOO hard on me , i bruise easy)

You didn't "throw away 6 weeks of low carbing". You didn't gain back all of the weight, did you? Just jump back on the wagon before you really do throw it all away.

Totally understandable. Don't fret about it! You have been eating good for so long that it will be fine. :hug

At this point your conscience will do more damage than your carbs!

Dont sweat the small stuff! Jump back on. Your doing great, and yes we are all human, what a dull life it would be if we were all so perfect.

Learn from it and go on. The past is past. Your future is in your hands.

Don't beat yourself up. Learn from it and jump back on to the low carb wagon and glue your butt there.

Remember after a cheat it is so much easier to cheat again. So be strong and stay consious of what you are eating. Make it Low carb from the exceptable list. Those frankenfoods will hijack you if you aren't careful.
