Baker's cheese and Farmer's cheese are the same thing.
Pot cheese--Some people call cottage cheese "pot" cheese, because the cheese is in a pot, as opposed to aged cheeses that are in the round or blocks. For other people, pot cheese is another name for 'potted cheese'. Potted cheese that has been softened or slightly melted, flavored and re-packed into a pot. If the pot or potted cheese was made by using an aged cheese, beating it with butter or cream cheese, flavored, then re-packed, it would technically be okay during Induction ---provided the other ingredients were Induction okay. However if the ingredients aren't Induction okay, then it goes to OWL.

Corn is a grain, therefore, corn, popcorn, hominy, hominy grits are added on OWL rung 9, not rung 8.
