okay now make the next bite a low carb Atkins friendly one and you are back doing your Atkins.
Make sure you know what triggered your eating ang and how bad you felt afterwards so next time you are tempted to cheat you will know better.

Re: I have totally fallen from my diet
I agree with 2 Big! Pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again! Hey! Isn't there a song something like that? Anyhow, we all fail from time to time. Many more times than I care to mention I have had to pull my head out of the cookie jar, and brush the crumbs from my jowels and move on! Keep in mind that you are only one bite away from being back on track! Make your next food choice a healthy one.
We are rootin' for you!
Blessings,

Re: I have totally fallen from my diet
The good news is you recognized that you fell off. You can make the decision you are either going to right the ship now that the holidays is over or continue down this same path. You certainly know which path (the one to more healthy days at goal or the one leading back to your former self) you want to be on. Start drinking your water, and learn from the mistake you had before next year's holiday. It may help to revisualize why you wanted to lose the weight the first time. Put that image in front of you mentally before you start to eat your next meal, snack, or holiday grazing.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

Re: I have totally fallen from my diet
I understand how the holidays can be.... I did not fall off by any means, I just was not able to workout as much as I would have liked. The scale is the same but I am not as tone as before and my butt is HUGE! It is really amazing how much exercise affects how we look.New Atkins Stats 2009

Re: I have totally fallen from my diet
Hi Ricka!
I slightly fell off too so we can do this together!
I went back to London so got caught on roast potatoes and christmas pudding - put on 3 pounds !
But I brought nothing back and today I went back to near induction - feel good already!
Just get back into the frame of mind that where you know this is good: the only diet where you do not starve! - quite the opposite and if you are inventive you can eat so many new and tasty things.
Chuck all the bad food - you will feel really STRONG when you put it all in the bin. Then celebrate with something LC you enjoy!
We can do it!!

Re: I have totally fallen from my diet
I agree, get rid of all the bad food!
Mt problem was that my exercise routine was not as intense and I put on an inch on my hips and an inch on my thighs. But I got my butt back up to speed with the treadmill this week.
Acknowledging the problem is the sometimes the hardest part. Good Luck, i am sure you will be fine!New Atkins Stats 2009

Re: I have totally fallen from my diet
My worst problem is that my chance to work out is right now(10 pm), and if I do, I'm up all night.
