  • Lifetime Maintenance Carbs?

    I'm am just beginning Induction, but am curious to hear some examples of everyone's maintenance carbs. From experience and experimenting here & there, I believe my maintenance carbs should be between 85-95 carbs per day, depending upon the exercise. Could you post your maintenance carbs please?

    Mine will consist of whole wheat bread, more veggies, milk & fruits. Maybe some oatmeal here & there.

    Fruits for sure. Pasta and potatoes several times a week. No breads, milk, sugar or oatmeal here. Nothing processed either like crackers or cereals. Occasional pizza! I probably average 100 carbs/day.

      Honestly I don't know. I haven't counted how many carbs I take in a day in a long time. I just know what I can and can't have. I'd say though that I take in about 40-50grms a day and I'm still loosing about 2lbs a month. I'm not trying to loose anymore, I just can't seem to eat any more carbs.
