So how many people total?
You can prolly add me here.... 2 and a half years on Atkins and about 1 and a half years maintaining. Like most of us I am fluctuating about 5 lbs during "special times" which frustrates me to no end

welcome guys and congrats on being goalies. come join the goalie excercise challenge Jimmie jo and sadie 147 run in the exercise forum.. you can click my goalie award cause jimmie 48 fixed it that way and get to the challenge. i wanted to be 48 but that could take awhile unless we light a fire under some of our peeps.
