    YAYY!! I'm at 115!!!!!!!
    I never followed atkins to a t, though. I just did lo carb. My body hates all tthat fat and stuff. wish u al,l luck you are so supportive! :hug

        there are lots of low carb plans out there that are low fat and high protein. find the one that works for you so you can make it a way of life from now on so you will not need to lose those pounds ever again.
