Well, I weighed 209, owch, which is really bad for a teenager, now I weigh 165-168 and my mom want me to go into pre-life because shes afraid I'm getting to skinny. Is it safe to take the green tea extract pills to help maintain my weight? Its a gel pill that has a fomula that burns fat and takes away appitate. I want to use it so I can eat more, and exercise less. But I will still exercise for cardio and weight lifting, just not as much as some people would...

I don't think they're dangerous (from what I've read) but I also don't think you need it. That's based on personal experience. I eat the same foods now as I did in Induction (lower quantities) with healthy grains and fruits mixed in and I've maintained for 6 months.
Try without pills for a while and see how you do.

I didn't know caffeine was bad. If you really want to take these pills just ask your Dr. for his/her opinion.
