    Just an update

    Just saying HI! :wave
    Still carrying on with good ole Atkins
    It's been 15 months since I started.
    Still down 70 pounds (272->202)

    For those who don't know me I was a moderator here for about 6-8 months starting about a year ago.

    I still have good days and bad days, I get cravings now and then, but I try to keep up with the exercise and stay away from carbs.
    I just got my blood taken and I'll post the results in a week or so.
    My blood pressure was good.

                  You may not remember me, but when i was a Newbie back in Jan you were a mod and I remember taking a lot of inspiration from your posts.

                      Nice to see you post Iap. You are missed, so I hope you will check in a little more often with the updates, and provide some inspirtation for those newbies.
