Now having said that, you know the real work begins here don't you? Yep I am talking about that maintainance phase. I know you will be as successful during this phase as you have been in all the others.

Shocked the life out of me when I saw this post!!!
I didnt make much of a hoohaa when I hit goal as I didnt want to mentally 'relax' about the AWOL.
Having always done this with 'diets' in the past im sure im not the only one guilty of immediately going back to my bad old ways as soon as I hit my goal weight!!!
I progressed through OWL with only a few hiccups, peanuts are waaaaay too morish and I now make up little baggies instead of just tipping them into a bowl. Ive tried to avoid Frankenfoods after over indulging on Low-carb cookies & ice-cream while I was in the USA and gaining 5lbs !!!

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
