    I just came accross a great GI list, I'm not sure how many of you use the GI list a lot...I find it really handy. It's from the University of Sydney and is supposed to be the most complete online GI db.

    Thanks sadie, for posting this. I've never really concentrated on GI...but it'll make interesting reading. There's always stuff to learn and I know the GI is important.

      Yeah, thanks Sadie! I printed a bunch of stuff from this site for my father in law! It is very helpful!
