I'm far from being in maintenance but I was wondering, once I reach my goal weight, would it be such a bad thing to sin a little...like once a month a pizza (european pizzas are not half as big as I always see them in american movies
) or whatever...just go over my carb limit that I have by then?
Of course I don't know yet if I'd still want that in a year or so but there are certain things...I'd just go crazy if I could never eat them again
I have a lot of discipline and am not someone to give in to temptations easily, so I can't imagine that the occasional sin could be so bad
