Anyone know what the adantage is to having sprouted grains rather than regular..or if there is any? Are they healthier for you? i found a sprouted bread that i like, tastes a bit like sourdough, and it's got a nice texture (fairly heavy) so i think i'll stick with it...but was just curious what the benefits are?
The biggest downfall with the bread is it's only good for 2 days after you open it..so i've been having to keep it frozen which is a pain!

. I do know there are other brands though..I know that in the grocery stores here we have Ezekiel bread, they keep it in the freezer of the health food/organic section. Here is their website:
