Re: Saggy skin
(edited to add: I didn't realize this was an old thread, I could have sworn I just saw it in bold as a recent topic...oh well, lol)
On this note, I would love to hear from some folks who have lost a substantial amount of weight, and either saw their skin tighten up over time, (and how long was that time period?) or found that it naturally tightened up as they lost. Ideally, there will even be a story about a return to 'normal.'
I received some comments on this subject from a couple gals who do have some loose skin after their wonderful success, who feel that they'd definately rather have the loose skin than have the fat. I had expressed some of my fears on the matter in my introduction. I did appreciate the encouragement to keep at it, and I do want to see for myself, what I'm gonna look like, instead of letting fear be an excuse, but yeah, I need some real hope, because sometimes I'm not so sure I want to trade the fat for loose skin.
I understand where you are coming from 'hopehopehope' !!! I am married, and my husband swears he'll dig me no matter what, but I wonder if I can feel sexy if I have deflated breasts, or a tummy flap.
But I would suggest that now that you've had this nice success, that you buy some pretty lingerie; maybe a longline corset
??? Could'nt hurt.
And PS: keep the remedial tips coming!
