Decaff diet coke

This forum is for members at goal or questions about lifetime maintenance. For me, decaff diet coke at this stage has not affected my weight one way or the other.

Like Bob said, at maintenance nothing stalls you. However, if you're asking if having caffeine free diet soda will cause you to gain weight, the answer is maybe. Depends on how much you drink, what else you eat, how much exercise you get, and what your body chemistry is like.

But I have to ask - why bother? Put food coloring in water and call it done.
