Curious---
For all of you who have been on Atkins for at least a year, are high on the ladder, or are in the ongoing weight loss maintenance phases- can you tell me about how many carbs you take in on average - each day?
I know everyone will be different...based on many factors...I'm just curious

wow i'm really shocked, when I run i can easily go over 100 without any issues. Highest I've gone is 110-120 a day running (only up to 12 miles a week) and i was at my thinnest then!
