I'm not crazy about those ingredients... Not sure of some of them, and I would never eat anything with corn syrup in it.

Oh My Gosh!

Mitzi is so right!
I got into trouble with this last fall! This stuff is evil! It's so not Atkins Legal. When the Schwann Truck pulls up to my house now, my DH goes out and waves him on. I got into trouble with that and their popcorn. I can't have either one in my house! Best to stay away from this Frankenfood or all Frankenfoods as far as that goes and stick with fresh.
It's better to make your own icecream from fresh ingrediants , Cream (Rung 2), nuts( Rung 3), Berries (rung 4), Sugar free sweetners,
Fresh is best!

about making your own induction-legal icecream using plastic bags if you dont have an icecream maker. Click on the link in the first post to find the ziplock bag method.

But it does use quite a lot of cream so the serving size is fairly small if you want to keep within your carb/cream limits.
