Hey everyone -
Been gone forever and a day, but i'm now gaining weight again because I've hurt myself and have to get surgery (knee) and I can't exercise. I'm pretty much couch bound. So needless to say, my maintenance activities that *were* working are no longer working. Arghhhh. Compound that with the fact that I can't really stand up to cook, and I have one heck of a problem. :P
I can't foresee eating deli meat and cheese for the next 3 months, so thought I'd ask here. Anyone have any ideas for easy low carb meals that I could be eating? Any help is appreciated!
(Oh, and I can't even weigh myself, since I can't stand on two legs!)
