  • Need to stop loosing.

Okay just some advice needed here.

I have been doing atkins for a while (over a year) I do not know my weight as I have never weighed myself. However I am becoming too thin. I never thought I'd hear myself say that.
I excersise 30mins a day (running) and eat 90g carbs per day. 100g if I run for longer.

But I am still loosing weight. Without weighing myself I am not sure, but my measurements have gone down. I can feel my hip bones and rib cage. I do not like it at all.
So should I just put more carbs into my day.

    Any advice would be great.

      Lucky guy (or gal?)

Just add more carbs. There are a few people who have a relatively high carb intake tolerance. You are probably one of them. Just make sure that they'r good carbs (fruit, oats, etc) rather than ice cream with chocolate sprinkles covered with fudge.
