    Re: Help with my husband

Why can't I have this problem??? I'd love to just not be able to stop losing weight - get to goal, keep losing and then need to eat more to just add a few pounds back on. This sounds like a dream come true to me!!

Geez! No kidding. I have to fight for every pound I lose and they justy seem to fall off of him

He'll eat anywhere from 20 to 80. I'm still working on his CCLL since I haven't really found anything that makes him stop losing yet.

Will he eat baked potato? One medium one eaten with its skin has about 23 net carbs or if he leaves the skin it would be about 21 net carbs and could be eaten with plenty of butter/cheese etc to make it more palatable.
Easy to cook, can be microwaved for speed and you would not have to be tempted to eat some too if you only bake one, unlike if you were preparing mashed potatoes or similar.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
