  • New to OWL

    Hello all :wave

I’m venturing into the world of OWL, earlier than I anticipated
as I had a pleasant experience to have reached my goals a week
    earlier than planned.

I did start increasing my carbs 2 weeks back, but stopped as
I had a minor hick up (put onto antibiotics) and I was unable
to eat very much at all, without being sick :no.

I have really enjoyed my experience in both induction and
extended induction, so much so I have been very reluctant to
leave, but hey ho nothing ventured nothing gained (hopefully only
    knowledge)!

Currently reading all the stickys and planning which lush veggie
    to add for this week!

Nervously anticpating the new phase ahead :yikes.

It is a bit scary at first, but after a few weeks you'll realize that what you are doing is continuing to work. It took me a long time to get the hang of some of this, but now I'm already up to very limited multi-grains. I still keep my carbs around 30g as I seem very sensitive to them...as soon as I go over I'm wrecked. The variety is great thoguh..you'll enjoy!!

since you are already a goalie you will not have the stoppage of weight loss as an indicator that you have exceeded your CCLL so go slow and remember if a food causes you cravings drop it immediately. you can try it again later but you don't want to binge and lose all your hard earned skinniness.
