    haha. im doin it. it can just be a bit hard..im trying to follow it so well..plugged it into fit day..im ok i think. http://fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJourn...Owner=laurenad

    im not hungry anymore..day 6..on OWL...im trying so hard.walking a lot bc i have no treadmill on vacation..i feel thinner..fuller faster and i feel bettr about myself..im gonna not use the scale and trust u guys....ill weigh myself later.. but u think OWL will lose in comparison to induction..lol..i can sound annoying..ut 20 pounds doesnt sound like OWlish to me. but ya..ok..I'm with it.stayin strong. and EVEN on vacation. and i have the book here.

      I had a look at your fitday and what a coincidence - I had salmon for lunch too!
      I see you have added your extra cup of veg - well done :joy

      I noticed your carbs are still only 14 total so far today - if you ate some different 2-3 cup veggies instead of of all 3 being just lettuce you would find you could bring your carbs up higher. What net carbs did you manage in induction so far?

        my carbs r always low bc of lettuce. i love lettuce but im trying broccoli and cauliflower too. lol..i love salad. so is that ok?

            Have you tried any of the 'funny looking' lettuces?
            They have more vitamins than plain old lettuce!
            Or some of the other 2-cup list like celery, peppers, mushrooms, fennel,
            radicchio, cucumber or radishes ( I have forgotten some but check your Dandr for the whole list)
            (This is fennel)

            And now you are on the veggie rung you can have two of the one cup veggies in one day as long as you have only 2 of lettuce or the other 2-3 cup ones.

            I stayed on the veggie rung for several fortnights till I could have all the veggies I fancied. I think of all the restrictions of Induction the 'only 3 cups' was the worst for me. :sadblinky
