  • Weighing and measuring on OWL

Confession to begin: I'm addicted to my scale, and obsess over every little gain, but I'm trying to get over that.

I did NOT weigh myself this morning.

My question is: On OWL should I be weighing and measuring once a week? Or should it be only once a month? I think if I only weighed and measured once a month I could be in big trouble before I could stop it.

I guess my point is, I do not want to weigh every day but would like to know an acceptable medium for OWL.

    Thanks!

When you're finding your CCLL, you should weigh and measure weekly after you go up a level.

Once you've found your CCLL, you can more or less weigh and measure at your leisure. If it's weekly or monthly, that's fine.

if you are a scaleaphobic then follow the staying off the scales advice and only check it when you add new foods or new carb amounts. If you don't allow the number on the sclase to effect your fellings about yourself worth and success with your Atkins then you can weigh as often as you like

      Happy OWLing.
