I think my calories are waaaaaaaaay too low for my size (see sig.). For some reason, it's soo hard for me to get my calories up. Maybe the statistics are wrong, but it says I ate 1026 calories today. I think my body might have gone into starvation mode and thats why I haven't lost any weight/inches this past week. Does anyone have any idea how to get my calories up? I'm using the carb counter on the atkins website and maybe the calories are wrong or something. Here was what I ate today:
Breakfast:
2 Egg Omlette w/ cheese
2 Bacon
Lunch:
1 Cup Salad (Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, 1 piece of bacon, mayo, chicken)
Dinner:
2 Cup Salad (Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, 2 pieces of bacon, mayo)
Snack:
5g of Cucumbers
Snack #2:
Scrambled Eggs (2 eggs with lots of cheese)
2 pieces of bacon
Plus about 80 oz. of water.
And I count the butter too.
Someone please tell me that the calories are a lot higher than I think, and advise me if I'm using fitday wrong. This is really scaring me!!!!
