    Help, I lost 19 lbs in the first 14 days so could someone help me out here I stink at math to find my ccll????

    Ok I needed to lose 50lbs or more so would that put me in the low status and I should have between 40 to 60 carbs??? urplequ:

      Those charts are just guidelines. The only way to find your CCLL is to go through the OWL rungs and add new foods & more carbs until your body finds it for you. Most likely, it will be 40-60, but you still need to do all the work before you'll know for sure.
