Hello to you all, My name is Bob and I just lurk here. I just wanted to report that since I started my plan I'm down 61 pounds and close to goal. My stats are start weight 280, weight as of 6/20 219, goal was 210 but I'm going to lower it to 200 pounds. This WOL is great and I feel fantastic.

No I didn't do any before pics nor do I have any posted here. Like I said I just lurked here. As far as rungs go I really didn't follow that when I went into owl. I just monitered my carb intake. The only thing I don't eat on the rungs is any type of bread yet. I was in a mini stall before I went onto owl. As soon as I upped my carbs 5 grams I have been losing about 2 to 3 pounds a week so I've stayed at 25 grams since. I figured why change it if I feel good and I am losing. I have come to this board for the great advice and support.
