Hi everyone, Iam on the fruit rung and today I brought a green apple and only ate 1/2 of the apple because in the atkins carb gram counter it says that but on the sticky it says 2 slices which one is it supposed to be

on this one, 1 small apple shows as 14gs of carbs, 3g of fibre.
Does this help? I'd say for half a small apple it would average about 7g's of carbs and 1 or 2 g's of fibre?Jen, 39, F

When I added fruit I started with 1/2 small (3.5 inch diameter) grapefruit. Per fitday it's 7 net carbs for that portion. Not the exact five carb portion but I did stay in ketosis and it is a normal sized portion that's easy to stick with. Also the glycemic index is super low (25 I think).
