    Way to go!! Welcome to OWL! I skipped the dairy and bean rungs. I couldn't find any yogurt that sounded appetizing, and it's a pain to make some of the other things you can have then. I also am not a big bean fan (except in chili), so that wasn't a big deal. Just enjoy the new variety, but not too much! You're doin' great!

      Thanks guys, it was definitely time for a change. I'm glad I did it. I guess I will know in the morning if the yogurt is gonna be a prob. I was still down this morning after eating some yesterday, but I figure I may as well give it a day or two to see what happens.
